Charlotte and her team were marvelous – in just two days we went from piles and piles of boxes to a true home – we had friends over for dinner shortly after the team left and you’d think we’d been living there for weeks or months!  In her lovely way, Charlotte brought common sense, a great ability to organize, and her no-nonsense attitude to the work.  The whole team was a joy to be around – we really felt that they put their hearts into making our home special.  Thank you!!!

Just to let you know, I often still think about and am thankful for the miracle move that you and your team pulled off for Alice, moving her entire life from Mountain View to Palo Alto in 9 hours flat. Due to her rapidly advancing Alzheimer’s, she still struggles to figure out how she got to Palo Alto and why she moved there. That said, she is getting 3 square meals per day, medication management, counseling, personal services and access to a plethora of social activities. That gives us some peace of mind.

Charlotte --I also want to thank you for all of your good work...and the great attitude you have in doing it! Whew! But none of it would have happened unless you got her moved out of there!

My experience with Charlotte Scott is that she is 100% reliable and responsible. She knows how to run her business efficiently and has the team members to put it together. She is diplomatic and yet, gets the job done without letting others distract her from the tasks. Her professionalism is exceptional and her clients have a deep confidence and trust in her.

Last night, we prepared dinner at home and it was a breeze. Thanks very much for easing the move.

250 boxes in under 12 hours – I still can’t believe it. The children are thrilled with their rooms and grateful to be in their beds and out of that horrible hotel. The plasmas and the pictures are to be hung by your installers on Saturday and we already feel like we’re home. Thank you – your team was great.

Charlotte , we couldn’t have done it without you. You were right; the truck we rented did not come close to holding our household. And even with the additional 16’ trailers we had to rent at the last minute, we had to leave so much behind to donate. We will certainly have you manage the move back to San Francisco! Thanks again.

Charlotte and her team managed our local move during the busy holiday season and they did a fabulous job. We had them pack for us (in addition to unpack) because we felt they would take more care with our belongings than the moving company and we were right. Everything arrived in great condition. Charlotte was very respectful of the condition of our new home and required everyone including the movers to remove their shoes and put felt pads on the bottom of all the furniture legs. There was a glitch with our moving company where the price increased 50% after Charlotte realized they did not include enough boxes or enough people. Moving is stressful, but Charlotte made it as easy as possible for us. Her team is wonderful, friendly, and hard working. I hope we never move again, but if we do I will call Charlotte!
